Technical features and options

Thanks to the automatic glass size detection system, it can automatically adjust to different sizes and synchronize data with the ERP system and the cutting machine, eliminating the need for manual data entry and improving the processing capabilities for custom orders.
By using a highly precise ball screw with a long stroke for width adjustment, the size change speed can increase up to 8 m/min, ensuring both high speed and accuracy.
The rough grinding speed can reach a maximum of 5 m/min, which means productivity is three times higher compared to standard double-edge grinders.
With 14 spindles on each side, the system can be equipped with an automatic compensation system for diamond wheels to enable intelligent, hands-free operation and deliver better grinding quality.
Thanks to the direct connection feature between the cutting machine and washing machine, hands-free, automatic production can be achieved, significantly reducing production costs.
