Technical features and options
Two polishing discs have been added to the lower edge.
Construction: 4 bridges with 8 grinding heads (lower edge grinding/precise grinding/polishing + beveling).
Specifications:
- 2 sets of innovative, energy-efficient, high-power motors.
- Special diamond wheels for upper edge grinding, offering higher durability and stability.
- Several sets of cup wheels for rough grinding of the lower edge, fine grinding, and polishing. The configuration of the wheels can be adjusted according to the customer’s specific needs.
- Wheel configuration: 4 sets of grinding heads (8 grinding heads per set), each set contains: 1 piece for precise polishing + 1 piece of resin/polishing disc for flat polishing + 1 piece of resin disc for precise grinding + 4 pieces of resin discs for upper and lower bevels + 3 pieces of diamond discs for the next edge.
- Thickness range: 4-12 mm (standard 438 mm or 4-12 mm)
- Speed: Beveling 12-40 m/min

- HSZM16 IA – 300*650-1600*2500 mm
- HSZM20 IA – 300*650-2000*3000 mm
- HSZM25 IA – 300*650-2500*3000 mm
