Technical features and options

  • Stationary machine for two parallel cuts at the same time.
  • It can be used for cutting slabs, formatting, and block splitting.
  • The machine is equipped with four wheels with a diameter of 2350 mm.
  • Two diamond ropes are tensioned separately by hydraulic actuators.
  • The thickness of the slabs can be adjusted by moving one of the wheel sets, which is done using electric actuators.
  • The thickness range is from 21 mm to 601 mm (23” ½).
  • The machine is controlled via PLC (including automatic cutting of slabs of varying thicknesses).
