The ROVER A series machining centers are specifically designed for the daily operations of drilling and milling when processing panels, doors, door components, and furniture. Technical features and options

Numerically controlled machining center ROVER A 1232.

  • Working area (reference to the vertical axis of the spindle):
  1. X = 3140 mm,*
  2. Y = 1260 mm for 4-axis unit, 1270 mm for 5-axis unit,
  3. Z = 200 mm with H74 mm modules / configuration 1A and 3A,
  4. Z = 245 mm with H29 mm modules / configuration 1A and 3A,
  5. Z = 230 mm with H74 mm modules / configuration 1B and 3B,
  6. Z = 275 mm with H29 mm modules / configuration 1B and 3B,
  7. Working length of the tables (not included) = 1200 mm.

*Pendulum working in X max = 1000 mm.

  • Configuration 1B includes:
  1. 1 Y axis,
  2.  1 inverter,
  3. 2 independent Z axes for precise and fast positioning of the Z working units, enabling tool change during hidden time in the presence of the revolver tool magazine on the Y cart,
  4. Up to 4 slots, to be equipped with the following optional assemblies:

*o One vertical spindle (¾ axis), mandatory.

*o One drilling head.

*o Up to 2 multifunctional units, depending on the selected drilling head.

  • Includes:
  1. Y cart,
  2. Rear Z1 cart to be configured with one milling unit,
  3. Y axis drive transmission,
  4. Inverter for the Y cart,
  5. Front Z2 cart to be configured with available working units.
  • The unit consists of:
  1. 17 independent vertical spindles with a stroke of 32mm (11 spindles along the X axis and 6 spindles along the Y axis),
  2. 5 independent horizontal spindles with double output and a stroke of 32mm (3 oriented along the X axis and 2 oriented along the Y axis),
  3. 2 saws with a diameter of 120mm for grooves along the X and Y axes (maximum cutting depth of 25mm).
