Who We’re Looking For

A person who:

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the field sales team,
  • Preparing, translating, and sending sales offers,
  • Handling customer inquiries,
  • Contact with machine suppliers and manufacturers,
  • Keeping documents and the CRM system organized and up to date.

Position: Service Technician – Glass and Stone Machinery
Location: Nationwide (field-based work across Poland)
Employment type: Employment contract or B2B

Your Responsibilities:

  • Performing service and repair work on mechanical, electronic, and pneumatic equipment,
  • Diagnosing and identifying faults and their root causes,
  • Replacing components and installing spare parts,
  • Testing machines after service to ensure proper operation,
  • Maintaining direct contact with customers and providing technical support,
  • Preparing service reports,
  • Cooperating with other company departments to ensure effective customer service,
  • Following health and safety regulations and company procedures.

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical or service role,
  • Knowledge of glass and stone processing machines (Intermac, GMM, Donatoni, Montresor, Forvet, or insulating glass lines) will be an advantage,
  • Technical education (mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or related field),
  • Good understanding of machine construction and operation,
  • Good command of English and/or Italian,
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and communication abilities,
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Poland,
  • Category B driving license,
  • Basic computer literacy,
  • Graduates of electrical or mechatronic technical schools are welcome.

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sales Representative who will develop Teknika’s sales network across the Baltic countries. If you have a passion for industrial machinery, enjoy building lasting business relationships, and want to represent a respected European brand – this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities

  • Develop Teknika’s sales network across the Baltic countries by actively acquiring new customers.
  • Achieve set sales targets and ensure consistent growth of market share.
  • Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients and distributors.
  • Coordinate and implement sales and marketing programs to promote Teknika’s products.
  • Identify market opportunities and monitor customer potential on an ongoing basis.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Departments in Poland and Italy to align regional strategies.
  • Propose and implement initiatives aimed at increasing sales efficiency and brand awareness.
  • Represent Teknika during industry events and trade fairs in the Baltic region.

Our requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales position, preferably in the industrial machinery sector.
  • Communicative English (knowledge of Russian or a Baltic language will be an asset).
  • Familiarity with machinery used in the wood related production industry is highly desirable.
  •  Technical background education
  • Strong skills in acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Good organization, reliability, communication skills, and mobility.
  • Readiness for frequent business travel across the Baltic region.
  • Category B driving license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating service technicians’ visits throughout Poland

  • Optimizing service and machine installation schedules

  • Collaborating closely with the sales department and spare parts warehouse

  • Maintaining ongoing communication with customers regarding visit dates and service timelines

  • Entering data into the CRM and SAP systems and reporting completed tasks

  • Supporting the organization of machine tests and start-ups at the company’s headquarters


Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities effectively

  • Experience in planning or coordinating team activities (preferably in a technical field)

  • Excellent communication skills and stress resilience

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Familiarity with SAP system is an advantage

  • Knowledge of the industrial or woodworking machinery sector will be an asset

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)

  • Knowledge of Italian will be an additional advantage

  • Operating Biesse CNC machines at the demo and training center,
  • Preparing machining tests and trials for customers,
  • Participating in technical demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions,
  • Preparing machine programs and configurations (knowledge of bSolid software is a plus),
  • Maintaining machines in proper technical condition and cleanliness,
  • Cooperating with the sales and service departments.

Requirements

  • Experience in operating Biesse CNC woodworking machines,
  • Knowledge of bSolid software (preferred),
  • Good understanding of woodworking and machining processes,
  • Advanced English proficiency (B2+ level),
  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach,
  • Independence and good organizational skills.
