The Intermac Multi Pro M VOX  is a series of vertical machining centers based on a revolutionary workpiece movement, making it ideal for medium and large companies that prioritize technology and high performance. The numerically controlled vertical machining center is designed for edge processing, polishing, drilling, deepening, and milling rectangular or shaped glass sheets (with at least one straight edge). The machine allows us to produce finished products such as doors, balustrades, shower enclosures, and many others. Available Multi Pro models: V 2.2, 2.8, 3.3.

Smart Shuttles
The dynamic repositioning system of the suction cup carriages ensures that the glass is always fully supported during processing. Each suction cup is automatically activated or deactivated as required by the program.
This enables faster operation and makes it possible to handle unstable glass sheets that traditional vertical machines are unable to process.

Stay Centered, Stay Stable
The pilot system is engineered to firmly grip the glass and adapt to its contours, minimizing vibrations during grinding and polishing to achieve a superior surface finish.
Powered by the C Axis, the system clamps the outer edge of the glass, while a pair of low-friction guides keeps it perfectly centered and steady—ensuring uniform bevels and an impeccable final result.

Waste Management
The Multi Pro M V0X scrap handling system is engineered to deliver maximum efficiency, safety, and workflow continuity during glass processing.
Using a fully automated sequence, the machine intelligently manages scrap pieces — whether by repositioning, automatic evacuation, or assisting the operator during manual removal.
This advanced system reduces downtime, streamlines production, and ensures consistently high-quality results throughout the entire process. ( option )
