Technical features and options
This system includes a work surface covered with low-friction felt, and an air cushion generated by a high-efficiency, low-noise fan, for easy glass handling. Mechanical limiters are integrated with a function for loading and unloading double sheets. A laser scanner is used to measure with a single laser pass, allowing automatic regeneration of profiles and immediate cutting. It detects the ends of profiles without mechanical limiters, for both cutting and trimming, thus reducing cycle time. It also has the feature of double zero positioning for laminated glass cutting.
