The optical scanning system provides a range of intelligent functions that help operators make the most of the machine’s capabilities:

• The squaring function automatically performs a scanning cycle and adjusts the programmed toolpath to the actual glass position. This eliminates the need to manually align the glass against mechanical stops, significantly reducing manual effort.
• The template scanning function allows operators to place a physical template on the table and digitize its shape using three different methods, including hole detection.
• Moreover, the optical system facilitates laminated glass processing by accurately detecting the position from the same side after the glass has been processed and flipped, ensuring maximum precision and consistency.
