A semi-automatic L-shaped double-edge grinding line with automatic glass size detection.

Technical features and options

Thanks to the automatic glass size detection device, it requires no periodic adjustments. This significantly improves productivity when processing various glass sizes.
The width adjustment requires a highly precise ball screw design, and the size change speed can reach up to 7 m/min, with both speed and precision guaranteed.
The rough grinding speed can reach up to 15 m/min, with productivity being twice as high as in standard double-edge grinders. It features 10-14 spindles on each side and can be equipped with diamond wheels with an automatic compensation and polishing system, ensuring a fully automated production line and better grinding quality.
Thanks to the direct connection function between the cutting machine and washing machine, it enables hands-free, automatic production, which significantly reduces production costs.
