Technical features and options
- Suitable for processing decorative glass orders, especially those with varying sizes. These machines can be equipped with a low-E coating removal function and a polishing function. The machine length is 3.65 m.
- The max. grinding speed is 25 m/min, and the maximum ball screw size change speed is 15 m/min.
- It can meet the requirements for edge processing of insulating glass and laminated glass.
- Custom order productivity can reach up to 3 pieces per minute.
- An automatic servo wheel compensation system (controlled by PLC) can be installed.
The production line layout is flexible, available in both “I” and “L” shapes. This saves more floor space and reduces energy consumption.
