Technical features and options
- Broadway machines are designed to split wide and very thin materials, with a special double frame system, with an internal moving frame. The internal movement of the frame allows the lower blade to rise while the upper blade goes down so that the pieces to split, positioned on the fixed bench, resulting in precision split edge each time. Thanks to the individual RB or 2RB adjustment system every single tool applies the correct pressure on the slab to cut, ensuring a high quality split and less waste from processing. These machines are the perfect solution for creating tiles from slabs or natural quarry surface stone.
- These hydraulic presses are designed to cut all types of stratified rocks with natural quarry surfaces or to cut monolithic stone with two sawn surfaces. The dimensions 800 – 1000 – 1280 refer to the overall width of the tool while the dimension of the blade will always be greater so that large pieces can be split.
- Broadway splitting machines are able to split all stones and are suitable for the production of slab paving and flat finished products. With their long blade large pieces of stone can be worked with precision.
