Master Edge Pro R H is a versatile, fully electric solution designed for processing both flat and shaped edges.
It has been developed to handle a wide range of shapes without the need for jig changes, minimizing potential errors and reducing manual setup time.
Technical features and options
Equipped with eight frontal wheels, this configuration guarantees uniform bevel width using a Cam Follower probing device.
The updated pressure roller system improves workpiece holding and allows processing of different materials.
Additional features include automatic thickness detection, a motorized pre-cutting unit, fully electric polishing units, automatic lubrication, water control, and an intuitive 15″ touchscreen panel.
FRONT HEADS
The machine features eight front heads: one equipped with a diamond grinding wheel and seven with pneumatic abrasive wheels, ensuring precise and consistent edge finishing.

Each polishing head is driven by an electric motor (1.5 kW at 1500 rpm), while a pneumatic cylinder maintains constant pressure of the tool against the workpiece.
Each head operates independently, both in activation and in pressure control, ensuring optimal polishing precision.
The system offers extremely low electrical consumption.
TWO AXIS, INFINITE PROFILES
The combination of two electric motors allow to generate any profile by using the touchscreen control.

PERFECT BEVEL
Perfect and uniform bevel width is ensured by our CAM Follower probing device.
The CAM Follower consists of a widia metal plate that slides along the arris, acting as a probe to detect material thickness and maintain consistent bevel dimensions.
The CAM Follower setup is fully automatic.

FULLY INDEPENDENT AND AUTOMATIC PRESSURE ROLLERS – Duplex System
The redesigned pressure roller system provides improved and more uniform workpiece holding.
It also allows the processing of a wider range of materials, including boxed pieces.
Thanks to a higher number of pneumatic rollers compared to competitors, the system guarantees lower and more consistent pressure on the material — a key advantage when working with thin pieces.
Independent “Duplex” Technology:
Each pair of rollers is mounted on an independent pneumatic cylinder to ensure perfect and stable pressure on the workpiece during machining.
Every cylinder is individually controlled by its own valve, allowing the simultaneous processing of pieces with different thicknesses, including boxed parts.

AUTOMATIC THICKNESS DETECTION
Automatic positioning of the cutting, upper beveling and pre-cutting units, thanks to slab thickness detector, with real-time piece moving on the screen and reduction on set up time.
It is possible thanks to a sensor positioned at the beginning of machine.

PRECUTTING UNIT
The pre-cutting unit features a vertically motorized upper motor used to remove the majority of excess material.
This step eases the load on the first diamond generating wheel within the sequence of eight units.

AUTOMATIC ADJUSTMENT OF GENERATING WHEEL POSITION
The position of the generating wheel is automatically adjusted by software in real time according to its rotation, ensuring precise formation of the desired profile.
This system offers reduced maintenance requirements and lower power consumption thanks to its fully electric motors.
It also allows processing of different profiles, which can be easily programmed directly from the control console.
