The machine is equipped with a mechanical cutting knife and a pressure beam driven by hydraulic force. The working process is controlled through separate buttons that activate individual stages of the cycle. Additionally, the machine features a table at the front and guards at the rear.
The movement of the pressure beam, used for veneer clamping, is achieved by two hydraulic cylinders. The beam with the knife is driven by a gearbox and a crank drive with a 5.5 HP braking motor. A connecting rod with length adjustment ensures precise setting of the lower cutting point limit of the knife.
The hydraulic system consists of a power unit with a 1.5 HP motor for the pump, a 30-liter tank, a safety valve, an electromagnetic valve, a pressure control valve, a pressure gauge, solenoid valves, and a filter.
