The double cross belts sander Mod. 2TR 1350 allows you to sand raw, veneered and painted panels. Sanding is done using two cross belts with an electronic buffer with 40 or 80 sectors. This allows for a better finish, especially when sanding glossy panels.

- The two electronic pads are automatically managed by the operator panel where you can also set all the parameters for the pads’ intervention, where you can store work programs and manually manage each individual motor if necessary.
- An electronic barrier is mounted at the entrance that detects the shape of the panels and controls the various sectors of the pads, thanks to this barrier the machine can also work on windows.
- The machine works both in the forward and return phase of the piece.
- The machine can therefore be used either in line or by a single operator.
- The machine’s conveyor belt is made of a perforated rubber mat and equipped with a vacuum system that with the 6 pressure rollers guarantees the holding of the panels during processing.
- The machine’s sturdy structure is made of electro-welded steel, which allows maximum stability during processing and guarantees a long life over time.
- The machine can be built with a tampico nylon brush on the back, to remove dust that remains on the panel during processing.
